Great way to keep your bread fresh!

So far, so great! I received the Keeki Bread Bag two weeks ago and it is doing a great job of preserving the freshness of the sourdough bread I put in it.

I ordered a bag from Lee Valley made by Keeki and it cannot be made with bees wax because the bread went moldy and does not do that in a regular bag. Even after wiping with vinegar could still smell the mold.
It is no antibacterial beeswax because of this

Works great so far. The bread definitely says fresher than when in a plastic bag. It still gets somewhat dry if there's not much bread left but at this point, having only used this for a couple of weeks, it is keeping our bread fresher than before.

This bag keeps my bread fresh and crust crispy.
